How do I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order 72 hours after you made your purchase. 

Please note when cancelling an order you will be charged for cancellation and restock fee.

NOTE: The restock/cancellation fee on any cancelled order is $7.00 . 

There are no returns on any items due to health and safety concerns. 

 

When will my order arrive?

It all depends on location ,

Canadian orders once shipped will arrive within 3 - 7 business days. 

US shipments can expect order to take 4 - 7 business days depending on the time of year & holidays.

FREEZE DRIED : when ordering freeze dried you are pre ordering , please allow upto 14 business days for shipment .

ORDERS : Please allow upto 13 business days for package to me shipped out.

Processing times and shipping times are two different things. What you chose upon checkout is the shipping timeframe once your package ships, not how long it takes from when you purchase to when it arrives.
